Founded by Kieran Williams, a luxury spa consultant with over a decade of senior spa management experience, Meraki Wellness emerged from a desire to bridge the gap between potential and performance. Kieran’s work has influenced the service culture at some of Vancouver’s most prestigious hotel spas—including those awarded the coveted Forbes 5-Star rating.

Throughout Kieran’s journey, one truth became clear: even the most beautiful spas can fall short if their operations, training, and guest flow aren’t aligned. Meraki Wellness exists to solve that—bringing in structure without rigidity, training without condescension, and operational clarity with a luxury lens.

The name Meraki, a Greek word meaning "to do something with soul, creativity, or love", reflects the intention behind every detail we refine, every protocol we create, and every staff member we empower.

Having spent a decade shaping and leading high-performance spa teams, Kieran brings both front-line empathy and executive-level strategy to every client partnership.

Kieran has successfully led spa teams through Forbes 5-star audits, built custom training programs from the ground up, and transformed underperforming spaces into five-star sanctuaries. His approach is equal parts intuitive and analytical, blending team development with measurable results.
